From Food Truck to Brunswick Street
Chef Wyatt Harte — a Hawthorne, NJ native with a decade in Manhattan and Brooklyn kitchens — launched No Forks Given as a food truck in 2017. After 6 years grinding on the streets, he opened the storefront at 115 Brunswick Street in June 2023. His Peruvian fiancee introduced him to aji amarillo and aji verde. NYC kitchens gave him Korean and Asian flavors. The result: fusion sandwiches that don't exist anywhere else — on Pat LaFrieda beef and Balthazar rolls.
