Our Story
How a food truck dream became Downtown JC's favorite spot.
No Forks Given didn't start with a business plan. It started with a grill, a dream, and a refusal to play by the rules. What began as popup dinners and a roaming food truck quickly became a Downtown Jersey City phenomenon — the kind of place people find on Instagram and tell all their friends about.
In 2024, we planted roots at 115 Brunswick Street. Same bold flavors. Same no-pretension attitude. Now with actual walls and a kitchen we can really cook in.
We're BYOB because we believe you should drink what you love. We're walk-in friendly because life's too short for reservation apps. And we're in Downtown JC because this neighborhood is home.
